Saturn Six Fugitives only give half standing if captured while you're on a K-Drive.

Basically what the title states.

I was hosting a run on Orb Valis, fugitives popped up, someone went to capture them and I've earned 50 per fugitive instead of 100 while on a K-Drive. I was able to get 100 per target on the same run from another batch of fugitives, while not being on my K-Drive.

I've asked my alliance mates if they could replicate it but I thought it would be a good idea to post here in the mean time.
