PoE bounties are having problems

1. Joined a T5 earlier today that only had 3 stages and had MR2s so I assume it was a T1 or T2.
2. Joined a T5 just now that had no mission objective and the existing player when asked what happened said "It glitched, no bounty."  We had to extract, no stages to complete.  The new in-plains consoles said I couldn't take a new bounty until finishing the current one.

I was experiencing some similar things before the update. I started a T2 bounty, only to get out into the Plains and find only level 5-15 enemies spawning. Thought I must have misclicked, but when I got back to Konzu it still said the T2 was complete. I think I even got T2 rewards, so I guess good for me?

Also occasionally ran into a similar bug where completing one stage of the bounty would bug out the rest. I wouldn't get any dialogue prompting me to go on (something that happens even when the mission isn't bugged, always making me fear the worst), and when I made it to the next marker the next stage wouldn't activate. Had to leave and restart as well.
