So I made the offering for the first rank and New Loka took my money... but let me stuck with the points. I didn't get to pick a reward. The system seem to think I don't have the rank, unless it's to pay for the next one, for which I can't get the points because still at the no rank upper limit. I restarted the game, still stuck.
