Melee 2.9 Visual toxin affect

I've been using different energy colors to see what looks best And I constantly get a Yellow Toxin that doesn't match my Energy color Ex. Red, White, Pink, Orange  All have this effect (These are the colors Im aware of) Colors that aren't affected by this are Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Black and Grey (That im aware of) I Dont Know if this bug has been reported but it really affects my Playstyle. Also during Melee attacks there are Green flashes (Toxin like) And also Blue
