On this week round, i can already count 3 maybe 4 challenges kind-of-bugged : The Index one, The PoE fishs ones, The 40 waves one (ODD not working), even the Specters seems to cause issue to clan-mates... In most of the reports, there is the Nora Message while in mission, but either the challenge is done with no standing (Fish, Specters), or the challenge is still undone (Index)... Any idea if lost standing can be refound to players ? Hopefully, i've farmed enough and i should reach the 30 rank (despite the 6k points & maybe 11k points i've lost), but what about players that don't do all the challenges, and will maybe miss standing to reach the last Rank if bugged ? Since Nightwave is supposed to be the daily / weekly core of the game (as Alerts was) and moreover since it's a timed event, the farm & standing on this should be absolutely consistent... Tamatu Posted March 25, 2019 Share Posted March 25, 2019 (edited) The weekly elite act is as follows: "Win 3 wagers in a row without letting the enemy score in one match of The Index" I did it with a squad. Went 3 wagers in one match, the enemy did not score at all. I received the standing and the Nora speech that it has been done, but in the Nightwave menu the challenge is still not marked as completed. One of my other clanmates encountered this bug 4 times, an other one twice. I have heard of a few other cases of this happening. AvaloN1101 Posted March 25, 2019 Share Posted March 25, 2019 While I haven't tried this challenge specifically, something similar happened to myself and a clanmate twice on the same challenge in a previous week, "Complete a 60m Survival with a friend or clanmate". Dat one. But in essence, the same thing happened. The mission timer read 60m 34s, the mission registered as completed during the extraction cutscene, and arriving in the Liset and going to the Nightwave menu showed the challenge still as incomplete. I sent in a ticket with a few screenshots, but they can't refund or return lost resources or standing with factions, which is fair enough. Here's to hoping they fix this bug once and for all so it stops happening in the future, but... let's be real lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

XE7_ Posted March 25, 2019 Share Posted March 25, 2019 Yeah I just did the Day Trader task twice, both times Nora popped up at the end of the mission and the achievement thing showed that I'd completed it, but when I returned to the orbiter it's not complete and no increase in standing. Nightwave was fun at the beginning, now it is just getting lazy and more taxing with missions being broken like interception. Not getting the standing for ACTUALLY completing the actual challenges..... Someone over there has SERIOUSLY dropped the ball here and has turned this "event" "season pass" idea in something that is no longer fun to do and seems more like a chore then something fun to play. Forcing players to play with OTHER players should NEVER be a requirement and then when you do and NO ONE gets credit for it is a HUGE turn off. No one wants to sit with someone for 40 waves and then have to do it again. Or do Index over and over and over again and get nothing for it..... They have GOT to fix this like NOW. MADba11 Posted March 25, 2019 Share Posted March 25, 2019 Yep it does give you the "challenge completed" message at the end of the mission and then neither marks it as completed nor it gives standing. Same thing with the defence - derelict defence didnt count towards challenge, but Akkad mission did. Honestly getting tired of this.
