This is the best and most efficient way I found to farm those pigments:
Setup:
One 3 day resource booster (40p) (1 is Enough, better if everyone has it)
One 3 day chance booster (40p)
Nekros - Despoil build Hydroid - Undertow build (Max Range, Max Efficiency, Duration + Prime Flow, Pilfering Swarm) Nidus -Larva build (Max range Min/Negative Duration) Trinity - EV build
Bring with you slash weapons like the Koham and Kavats for Charm.
Farm Location: Orb Vallis
Temple Fabrication
Grow Site
Central Maintenance
Mission: Capture a Base
Kill enemies until they drop the DATA MASS and plug it into the COMM SYSTEM.
As Hydroid, Activate the Undertow near the comm system and point-click at enemies to drag them to your puddle while having your Tentacle Swarm active.
As Nidus, spam Larva over Hydroids puddle and let them fall into it or kill them with your slash weapons.
As Nekros, assist destroying the enemies that are unendurable by Hydroid, like the Hyenas or Nullifiers.
As Trinity, assist with health and energy.
Hints:
If you only running one booster resource booster in a party from the same clan, don't bring vacuums and have either Nekros or Nidus with a booster to pick up the pigments.
Holding down Tentacle Swarm to charge, it will spawn more tentacles.
Once a base been captured or failed move to the next one and repeat the cycle.
You don't need to have reinforcements beacons up so don't bother with them. Best to keep alert level down to have low level enemies to deal with.
If you are running aalone or in a partial party, you can use Warframe Specter to provide you extra asistence
