Calixo/Custos - Book Warframe [Curses - Totems - Sigils - Glyph]

Just your honorary scholar who hails from the new Orokin Library vaults. he wields a book in one hand, and a fist in the other [custos verborum]

Casting glyphs and sigils all over to ensnare enemies and help assist allies. Sigils are applied to enemies or allies, buffs/curses, or on the ground as explosive traps

-He gets a smart placement system for his powers, that do different things depending on where they are placed, his sigils have no durations. [More health based instead]

-Custos has no energy pool but instead draws from his own health to use his powers, his ink is drawn in blood.
Health    150 (450 at rank 30)
Shield    75 (225 at rank 30)
Armor    225
Energy    0
Sprint Speed    1.1

Aura polarity = D

Polarities [2 D ]

Passive {enemies killed by Custos have a 25% chance to drop health orbs}

Power 1 - Totem of Hate  [50 health]

Attracts enemies towards it like a lantern, and causes them to attack it and open fire upon it. [Has a damage aura debuff to all enemies of 20% up to 35%]

When summoned it has a 4s window to take damage from enemies/allies to increase its health, and can be modded with Custos's Power 2 Sigils

Power 2 - Sigils of Fate {Power Wheel} [25 health]

Custos draws a sigil written in his own blood to curse enemies, buff allies, create a trap, or enchant his totem.

-Death Sigil- (Skull)

On totem, instead of causing enemies to attack the totem it creates fear and panic, making enemies flee away, the damage debuff becomes a armor debuff instead

On ground, places an exploding trap that disarms enemies and poisons them with a void toxin, that deals fast acting damage over time to their EH as a %

On Enemies, puts them into a stasis, that opens them to finishers, and negates shield//armor protections

On allies, activates a protective buff on allies that prevents death 1 time, if the allies health hits 0. he will instantly recover back to 50% of his health and shields

^Castable on Defense targets - Defection targets - rescue targets.

-Nature Sigil- (Tree)

On totem, causes viral damage to seep from the totem, while enemies attack it, they also take damage as well equal to the damage they deal [as viral]

^the damage debuff becomes a speed debuff instead [slowing enemies]

On ground, places a trap that when it explodes, it ensnares up to 12 enemies nearby in vines for 8 seconds, and opens them to finishers

On enemies, roots them in place, and dealing damage to them, will as well, dish that damage out to nearby enemies as well, up to 50% damage is spread.

^rooted enemies become pain sharer's [the rooted themselves basically now turn all damage dealt to them into an AoE]

On allies, grants a protective buff that negates up to 6 status procs, then when those 6 procs have used up the sigil, the sigil explodes.

^On explosion of the ally sigil, nearby enemies will be snared with roots, that also turns all damage on them into an Aoe effect

-Life Sigil- (Heart)

On totem, damage dealt to the totem by enemies, is now also redirected as healing to allies nearby [the damage debuff is now turned into a health buff for allies]

^The 20% damage reduction from enemies is turned into a 60% health boost to allies [boosts base health on teamates]

On ground, when stepped on it saps nearby enemies health, and stuns them in a flash for 4 seconds, they lose their health and it is shared with allies

On enemies, enemies marked with the sigil have their armor/damage reduced 30%, and on death will have a 50% chance to drop health orbs

On allies, applies a shield that acts as a substitute to their own health, the sigil has 2x their health applied to them as a shield, it takes damage for them

once this sigil runs out, it explodes and blinds nearby enemies for 4s, it basically covers over your health pool with a shield that is 2x your health, under your shields.

Power 3 - Glyph of Flight [25 Health]

Custos Places a Horizontal flat glyph in the air, at his marked location a few feet from him, this is a static object he can create to stand on, and it applies bonuses.

While standing on the Glyph him or allies are granted primary/secondary fire rate, shield recharge rate, and health regen perks.

The glyph is like a shield as well, and blocks damage, only from below

Custos can create up to 3 of these glyphs and hop from one to the another, able to stand in the air and shoot from above. the glyphs have no health, or duration.

but do make you kind of an easier target with no cover in the sky. (you can not shoot through them, or be shot at through them though] but they are see through and clear]

Power 4 - Words of Haze [Consumes 3 Glyphs of flight to use and 25 health]

Words of Haze summons a sphere storm of letters and numbers from the orokin age to swirl around Custos and Follow him everywhere he goes

This increases his evasion rate to projectiles by 50% and as well unalerts any enemies that come into contact with it, confusing them and their mind

Enemies will be unaggroed, and will not attack Custos if the sphere touches them, or is touching them. Custos becomes like a weird entity so to speak

he isn't invisible but cannot really be seen, and can take angry enemies, making them not angry, stopping them, in any actions they were going to take

putting them into a calm confused like state that they can be killed with finishers from melee

so to speak if an enemy is running at you going to attack you, he will run to you and stop immediately in his tracks when he touches the bubble

he will ponder his life, stuck in a daze about his state in the universe, what is life? what is Clem. who am i  ----GARRRRRR....

as you gut him with your Galatine -_-

This is a very good Warframe, what the actual hell? Why have you not received people praising this?

Dammit, anyways, this seems crazy good. His 4 is pure CC and his 3 works as a tower for an overseer. I can see myself using a sniper with Custos as his 3 seems to require one. Another good thing is that it is great is his 4 which automatically "blinds" a la Nezha's 3. His 2 seems dense, but that may be because I don't play frames like Ivara or such. His 1 however, is pure CC and aggro direction which would not benefit when levelling him or going against anyone high level IF one does not have 4 ready. It is strong, for sure but Custos health pool only signals that when versing a Grineer like a Vox or a Bombard, it would get destroyed in seconds before they touch the bubble. I yet have to know how big the bubble is, though.

his 4 can synergize with his 1 to stealth kill enemies for Great Affinity

His 2 is dense on purpose to allow players to pick and choose the right totem for the right moment

But his 3 comes from a long time power i really wanted, an ability to create a static object wherever we wanted, no time limit

but that has its ups downs of having no cover, maybe players like frost could bubble it, or not

was thinking it wouldnt really allow power use, and could be a good tower to snipe with, or fish with [mostly for fishing xD]

his bubble for his 4 would probably hit in the 12-15m range, about the size of Zephyrs turbulence

if it is modifiable in size, that could sweep whole rooms

Additionally, i really wanted to toss in a Whole new area, the Orokin Library, with new enemies and such

The libraries would spawn inside the void only, not lua, and by killing library void orokin enemies, [no corrupted in the library]

^you get lore fragments, 100 make a key to the Libarian Orokin boss, who drops 3 weapons and a Custos blueprints

This and My old warframe Hanira dashi could be here

A book frame from the boss

And a paper frame that drops off the basic library enemies [her bp comes from a quest to open the library, and then 3 enemies each drop her chassis - helm - systems]

^A guardian with a energy shield [chassis], orokin osprey book cleaners [helm], and orokin ayatan sculpture golems [systems]

The boss would be a huge 3 stage orokin like boss mixed between the spiders/lephantis or something, with 4 blue energy shields

The boss drops [a fan melee BP [Void/slash/puncture], a energy grenade launcher [Void/Radiation],  Vortex Pistol [Void/blast/corrosive], and Custos Parts]

All 3 weapons deal Void damage [orokin weapons]

The fan charge attacks will throw it forward, and wrap enemies in paper bindings for 4 seconds [cc fan throw skill]

The grenade launcher is like the penta but discharges a electric shock when you secondary fire/self explode its bombs -stuns enemies-

The Vortex fires projectiles that pull in nearby enemies like vaubans 4, and then it explodes after 3 seconds

"Books Are Fun"

?

Similarly i kinda wish this kind of concept could be used with a Vauban, as they stated his 1 will now be like the living rollers Grineers use i think

Not the Big balls, the tiny ones that chase you around sometimes, what if Vaubans power wheel could modify his Bastille

I really think that the whole Orokin library could be a thing, a new reason or purpose for the void

maybe new reshaped orokin vaults with new loot rewards, more challenging obstacle course rooms and new Orokin mods.

but adding new library and lore based enemies, and a new boss node for the void, key crafted from lore fragments.

that would be nice, like if it had a whole side quest just for ordis - sentient - old war lore stuff

paper warframe and book totem warframe

i was thinking about 3 enemy types, common for the void library

Orokin Knights, wielding lances and shields, big blue energy shields that block all damage

They can jump into the air, and land emitting waves with their lance piercing the ground, it makes a field of fire/napalm void energy

They can rhino rush towards players with their shields out, knocking you over or slamming you {with their lance forward}

they may pierce a warframe and instantly kill them

swiping or swinging their lances around as well as lobbing grenades that nullify powers

-Knight Can Disable Guns with his aura thats always on, has a 6m range. [Aura is on his shield]

-The knight can throw his shield at you, and then jump at you with its lance, the shields aura disables guns

-Primary and Secondary guns are jammed within 6m of the shield

Scanners, sentient drones that are harmless mostly and just scan and clean up the library

they can hit warframes with trapping lasers, holding you in place, and draining energy/health/shields

or fire off triple burst lasers

-Scanners have a laser that saps your health-energy-shields over time as their main attack

Guard drones, sentient drones designed to protect the library with lasers bombs, bullets

In front of the drones is a shield that blocks incoming fire of any type

But you can get behind them and shoot them from the back

they rush at players like oxium drones, and turn around to fire off their grenades, mortars, or bullets

the grenades they drop flash 3 times before exploding in an aoe as big as leech ospreys

they fire off up to 5 mortars in a round that explode as well as they have triple burst lasers that hit hard

-the mortars are a line up shot, or aoe burst

-the line mode fires out all 5 in a line like a bombing run

-the burst one scatters them like a pentagram

All 3 enemies could drop Oxium - Control Modules - Argon Crystals - Alloy plate - and mods and orokin ciphers/lore fragments

Calixo/Custos would drop off the Orokin Library Boss.

Hanira Dashi, the paper warframe, drops off the other enemies

Orokin Knight, Librarian Drone, Librarian Keeper,  [Passive Drones], and the boss (5 total enemies)

Passive drones are only found outside the library, in regular void missions, they spawn in the secret room, in secret vaults.

All vault tilesets in the void, have a secret room added to them, this room will have the passive drones, who drop fragments to make library keys.

the other 3 hostile mobs, and the boss will be in the library node.

-Fragments can be used to buy things from Cephalon Suda - The syndicate, on relays

Similar to how Arbiters of hexis, and the Perrin sequence have shops.

Suda will have a list of cosmetic items for sale

Glyphs, Sigils, Noggles, Art decorations and maybe stencils, weapon skins.

Suda would only sell Cosmetic based stuff, and decorations, opposed to perrins tenet weapons, arbiters arbitration stuff.

Maybe Suda would have Hanira dashi parts for sale?
