Unable To Use Abilities

Every so often, usually after getting knocked out of Operator mode, I'll be randomly unable to bust out ANY abilities. I can switch them, but not use them, and I can't switch to Operator mode either. It seems to pass on its own ~60 seconds later, or if I die and revive rather than getting picked up. In a lot of cases it means the only options is to get killed and revive because if I'm in Operator mode it's a situation that requires amps(like the *Lysts) or otherwise it's a situation where I need to bust out my frame skills.

 

Pretty frustrating, so hopefully it's a known bug that's being worked on.
