Teleported Loc-Pin after PoE overhaul is stuck above the skybox (cant remove)

I'm not sure what the bigger issue here is: the teleported Loc-Pin after the change, or the fact that its above the ceiling so I can't get there to reach it. The pointing at the end is showing approximately where the Loc-Pin was teleported from. The location was near the door of the PoE entrance, at ground level.

No replication method for this one folks, sorry!
