When I went to catch the first fish, my screen went black as soon as my fishing spear made contact with the fish (at the same time as the "spear catching fish" noise). My friend had it happen when he caught the first fish, too. Escape key didn't work to bring up menu, so I alt+tabbed out of the game and closed it. Host migration gave my friend his screen back. I re-entered the Plains and tried again, black screen. Guess we'll do bounties for a while. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Doesn't matter what fish or where you fish, once you catch one and the normal screen with weight etc. needs to pop up, screen goes black.
