Fetch (Companion mod) not functioning (at all) from recent hotfix

The title describes the bug.  I noticed this while doing the Gift of the Lotus defence alert, the first mission that I had been actively using Fetch after equipping Primed Animal Instinct.  Assuming that nothing in that mission broke, that mod was the only clear change between this run, and the run before it where Fetch worked properly.  To top it off, not even the 3 meter range Vacuum worked, either.

I'd like to add that I've been having issues with Fetch not sucking up loot reliably while having regular Animal Instinct equipped as well.

Edit: After further testing with regular Animal Instinct, Primed Animal Instinct, and no Animal Instinct, I can confirm that Fetch is just broken, and doesn't work at all.  Seeing how it worked just fine 12 hours ago, I can only assume that Hotfix 24.6.1/24.6.2 broke it.
