Vauban synergy rework.

Give Vauban synergy among all his abilities making them more effective and useful. Having to swap between abilities every 2 seconds to make them even remotely useful is painful, so allow the ability to syngergize with another for its full duration. Him being a gear based frame should mean every ability has synergy with other abilities in some way, I mean why wouldn't a tech expert make everything they use do as much as possible when they can, especially with their other gear? Of course, only allow 1 form of synergy to augment another ability (i.e no stacking Bounce pad, Bastille and Vortex together in 1 instance) unless you really want to make him a hugely diverse frame with fusion abilities, which would be welcome but that isn't my idea.

Tesla:

Make the augment part of the ability with a range value and when aiming at an ally cause the grenade to automatically home in and attach to the ally allowing more ease of use.

For the augment, caps grenades to 6 (unaffected by mods) requires holding the ability to throw a ball. Tapping it will expend energy (based on the number active) to refresh their duration OR Fully charging the ability will cause an energy pulse to recharge all active grenades for a cost. Each ball can only proc each status (slash/electric) once per refresh/enemy OR once every 15 seconds. This way it can be a semi-set and forget ability with the augment or it can be the same as now but not require a mod slot to actually be more useful.

"Caps grenades to 3/4/5/6 (unaffected by mods) and allows them to be refreshed on ability cast for 8 energy per active grenade. Grenades must be fully charged to throw. OR Fully charging the ability causes Vauban to release an energy pulse to all grenades, refreshing their duration."

Minelayer:

Bounce pad: When thrown in/under his Vortex causes enemies to be launched upwards and slammed into the floor dealing a % of base/current hp every x seconds. 

Trip laser: When thrown into Vortex, causes the Trip laser to begin to spin around and become a pickup for Vauban/allies. Throwing a new trip laser at allies refreshes it's duration (it will home in on allies with the effect active and a back/side roll will destroy it.)

Shred: Thrown into the middle of his Bastille causes a pulse where all enemies inside are affected by the ability (aside from ragdoll)

Concuss: Same effect but when thrown near/"on allies affected" by Tesla grenades, the Tesla 'absorbs' the effect for its remaining duration, dealing radiation and electric damage and charging a concuss every 10/20 seconds.

Bastille:

Fundamentally unchanged when used by itself. Now has a 'center' area marked (unaffected by range) for other ability synergy.

Vortex:

When thrown into the middle of his Bastille, gets the full range of Bastille and attempts to 'rip enemies affected by Bastille in half' dealing massively increased damage to all enemies inside. (Or low but finisher damage.)
