Weird bug after Wolf encounter and his mask drop

Some party members stuck at tab key. At mission extract I got weird screen. Only one option is to close game as everything else is unresponsible.

This also happened to me not to long ago. I just waited till my warframe  was in the ship then closed the Application then open it again. The mask was in my inventory.

Happened to me too, I didn't get sent back to the ship just back into the level, had to quit out of the game.

Found out the Items were actually in my inventory just thought they were called something else.

Same thing happened to me. He spawned on a defense mission during wave four, killed him at the end of wave five and immediately got this on extract. Had to alt+f4

Same issue, just after wolf attacked pressed tab and was stuck on this screen

Edit: Just like Hitical-Crit wolf had dropped the saturn six mask, that may be the contributing factor.
