Defeating The Wolf and Then This Bug Happens

So I was in a public Hydron mission when the Amalgam Wolf decided to show up(of course on hydron), and we beat him down and killed him. He dropped the Saturn Six Mask but when I believe I pressed tab, this happened: After this happened I was forced to Alt+F4 to get out of it and lost the mask. How unfortunate, it looked like a cool operator mask 😞 DE please look into this, thank you.

Edit: Just found it that the Saturn Six Mask was a 2% drop so that's even more sad.

you are not the only one, same thing happened to me. I sent DE a bug report you should do the same so they can file this bug up

Hi there, another victim here! Same thing just happened to me about an hour ago. Wolf spawned in the middle of a mission, killed him, got the mask, went to extract from the defense mission (was trying to unveil a riven, he made sure that didn't happen lol). What type of mission were you in?

ugh same bug. Got the mask and the hammer BP.... and this happens. Very Sad.

Edit: after chatting with some people, this only happens when you get the mask.

there is another post about it, and yea only people that got mask also got this bug.
