Several Very Noticeable Animation Bugs

I'm pretty sure these bugs started to creep out with the addition of Melee 1.9, but with some of the newer updates, its gotten worse.

-Staticor only fires with Right hand when tap firing instead of changing hands every time its clicked(Charge still has you putting your hands together to fire).

-Pyrana Prime doesn't go Akimbo when ghost gun appears, it still uses one handed animations for everything.

-Wrist Mounted Weapons like Atomos, Sonicor, and Gammacor force a bugged out default animation to play when idle overwriting chosen animation for Warframe.

-Not sure how many Warframes it applies to(because I've only noticed it on Excalibur), but casting Radial Blind/Howl right before reviving something makes the sound effect happen once or twice more, and keeps the animation active during the whole revive window(Not as important, but still something not right)

If anyone else has more to add to already addressed issues or ones I didn't cover, just say so in the comments.
