Weapon reloading issue

So I had been testing out things in the simulacrum when this bug appears.I had a tigris prime equipped as the primary weapon,and redeemer prime as melee.Upon firing both shots of tigris prime,I subsequently pressed E and fired a shot using the redeemer.However,when I switched back to tigris prime,the gun was already reloaded,essentially bypassed the reloading process.

The bug seems to appear when swapping to melee shortly after reload begins.No warframe ability was active nor is any focus ability.Companion was an Adarza Kavat.

Also,the tigris seems to visually remained to be in reload afterwards.
