Concentrating on things a lot is known to cause people to forget to blink every now and then. It's the reason why one's eyes occasionally start to hurt and dry out while playing. Heck, in extreme cases of "being really seriously concentrated on something" I rarely stop breathing for a few seconds until I realize "something doesn't feel right...". Corvid Posted April 13, 2019 Share Posted April 13, 2019 Just remember 20/20/20. Every 20 minutes, look away from your screen at something 20 metres away for 20 seconds.
