Two glitches during Eidolon hunt

I was playing Bless Trinity during a tricap. The following things happened to me:

1. Sometimes I would get a 60s cooldown on my Bless; similar to Simaris's in ESO, there's a red countdown on my Bless. I don't know what triggers it, but it seemed that it occasionally occurs after transferring into my Operator (I think I've seen my Trinity use Bless when I was *outside* of my frame - perhaps that's a cause?)

2. Sometimes my Warframe mods stop existing. My Bless was sometimes only hitting for 50% DR and 10s duration instead of my 75% DR and 25s duration. This also occurs during Profit-Taker, where my Chroma doesn't hit the numbers I expect.
