Tennogen gear is missing

So I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else but tennogen gear I've purchased has gone missing. Last night while I was online I noticed some of the tennogen skins in my market were missing but I didn't think anything of it. Today I logged on and noticed my Frost was missing his helmet. I'm also missing a skin, another helmet and 3 syndanas. They don't show up in my market or loadout anymore. I looked back on some previous threads with similar problems including restarting the game. The only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling/reinstalling and I would rather not since where I'm located has terrible internet. Is there any way to get my stuff back?
