Jexshot Posted April 19, 2019 Share Posted April 19, 2019 The Red Veil Syndicate Progression to Exalted is Blocked Due to a Vaulted Warframe. It needs Hydroid Prime Systems And Since Hydroid Prime is Vaulted You cannot get the Relics required to get the blueprint. And we do not know when would Hydroid would be next Un-Vaulted again. Hydroid isn't vaulted, it's the Oberon with [Silva and Aegis Prime] and [Sybaris Prime] who have been vaulted recently, but Hydroid is next in queue.
