Solo Mission Door Won't Open

On a solo syndicate spy mission on Jupiter a green door refused to open. While in mission an alarm triggered. I reset the alarm and approached a closed door in the same tileset. The door was green but refused to open. Enemies triggered the alarm again several times and after each successful hacking of the alarm the door refused to open. The only option was to abort the mission as a vault was located approximately 300 meters on the other side of the door and there was no way to complete the objective. This exact bug has existed for approximately a month. I have encountered it multiple times on various corpus tilesets and on different specific tiles each time.

Solo kuva siphon exterminate mission on Jupiter. Did siphon, and killed 62/104 enemies and the only available door to get to where the enemy are, won't open. Its green lit as an active door and there is no lockdown in place.
