Quality of life changes

There are a few things I'd like to see changed to make the video game experience more streamlined.

1. Upon starting the game, It would be nice to choose our in-game-name/alias. I am stuck using "Shilvio" when in every other game, I'm "Bboy Heathen" or some variant of that. Warframe took the name I had on my NSwitch at the time and I didn't select it.

2. Menu screens should have the cursor default to either the last thing you selected or the first object in the list. e.g.: when a player presses the plus button in their orbiter, the cursor should snap to either "navigation" or the last thing selected.

3. I don't know whether this is a bug on NSwitch but on loading screens when returning from missions, we cannot scroll through and look at the things we've picked up during the previous mission. If it's not intended to be interacted with upon exiting, I think it's better off not being shown.
