Primary weapon dissapears when you run out of ammo and no other weapon equipped in loadout

So as the title says when you run out of ammo with primary weapon (probably also applies to secondary) while not having any other weapon equipped, the weapon simply disappears and you cant get it back until you re spawn

Disable the function in options, "switch off weapon when no ammo" or whatever it's actually titled, and you can swap back to it, or at least I was able to when I encountered this bug. Also using Melee or an Exalted Weapon then dismissing it brought it back, IIRC.
