Animal conservation, no tracks to follow.

Orb Vallis, located poop. press x to start tracking animal and no tracks appear. Has happened few times.

Happened a few times for my squad in the Plains too.

Also the yellow circle indicating the general area of the call point wouldn't appear either.

It seemed to me it only happened when tracking was started before clearing enemies in the area.
