(PSN)Tomplexthis
Dregoznia [The Black Oil Warframe] Corpse Manipulator -Inspiration- Spoiler A lion themed frame? with oil, he has a spectre of oil that possesses and haunts him What i really wanted, or was thinking about was a new edge frame, edgier than Nekros. His tool kit revolves around zombifying black oil, he is oil. He is like 2 things, in his animation there is him, and an oil shadowy him, crawling out from behind him, his oil is a living fluid thing He can become the oil, or attack with the oil, it is sentient, and it brings life to corpses, and body parts --------Passive :: {Recitation} Dregoznia has a 5% chance to dodge any projectile damage by 100%, the projectile will hit the oily mass that possesses him and will be blocked (or pass through him) And there is a 10% chance that the oil will attack and reflect a melee attackers damage back at them (if an enemy hits Dregoznia in melee, his oil shadow may hit back in full) ^He appears from Dregoznia and slaps the enemy with a whip of black oil, dealing their damage back at them [it reflects their damage back at them] (if Conflict and Conform is up, it becomes a 10% chance to dodge projectiles and a 15% to reflect damage back to melee attackers) -Stats- Health 200 (550 at Rank 30) Shields 0 (0 at Rank 30) Energy 175 (265 at Rank 30) Armor 265 Sprint 1.15 ----- Power 1 - [Slither and Toil] Tap for 25 Energy . Hold to Charge for 2 energy per second +25 Energy Tap to target an enemy, you turn into an oil puddle, sliding across the floor towards that enemy, or flying through the air as an oil mass you arrive at the target in an uppercut of hardened oil spikes that pierce up from the ground and impale the target and 4 nearby enemies for 8 seconds Impaled enemies lose EH over time as damage and have their armor pierced for 30% -If you kill an impaled enemy it may drop a health orb- or Hold to become a puddle of oil on the ground that begins to expand, charging for more and more damage till it caps You start as a small puddle, then grow while holding, -base damage of 5% EH and +1% per second for up to 10 Seconds. 15% EH damage + 200 base damage at max [Puncture] -base range of 6m and +1m per second for up to 10 seconds. 16 meter range at max upon release Dregoznia springs up from the ground with spike pillars of oil that hit and impale all enemies into the air This one does not hold enemies in place but instead flings them into the air, throwing them across the room even All enemies within range take 5% - 15% damage in a 6m - 16m range with a base of 200 damage upon impact as as +another 5 damge per 1m they are tossed and impact with objects ----- Power 2 - [Resuscitation] tap for 50 energy or Hold Tap -> Dregoznia slings a wave of black oil forward upon all enemies Dead enemies, or body parts are brought back to life and begin to slowly chase after and attack nearby enemies Body parts will attempt to cling to enemies and hold them in place, full bodied dead corpses will attack in zombie like states [for 12 seconds] Living enemies are inflicted with a toxin - radiation proc for 12 seconds that deals constant damage over time, draining their health down if an afflicted enemy dies, they will suffer the fate of other corpses and body parts, and attack their comrades Resuscitation can be recast again on enemies and bodies to keep the chaos going Or Hold - Dregoznia charges his oil into his hands, and then slams it into the ground into a wave of oil This knocks down all nearby enemies in an area of effect radius circle, and inflicts them with the above status Enemies take a 12 second radiation - toxin proc, and bodies are brought back to life to attack enemies, body parts cling to and constrain enemies ----- Power 3 - [Conflict and Conform] 2 energy per second Dregonzia surrounds himself in a swirling vortex of his oil that spins around him in a storm and turbulent chaos Enemies within 8m of him take constant damage over time while near him, and enemies 15m to 6m are pulled closer and closer towards him Enemies also have their armor and shields rended by the oil and it is reapplied to Dregoznia as a boost to his armor while Conflict and Conform is up Enemies that die within his swirling vortex of oil have a 25% chance to drop health orbs -ever 3 seconds there is a heartbeat rupture from the oil that fires out spears of oil from Dregoznia that impale enemies in place for 4 seconds, it is random and hits up to 3 enemies Enemies held in place by these random spears of hardened oil have their armor reduced by 30% for the 4 second duration, and take 200 damage on impact as puncture damage ----- Power 4 - [Exalted Dual Heavy Blades - Rip and Rend] 4 Energy Per second Dregoznia Forges a massive great sword in one hand, and a massive scythe in the other from his oil. These are his Exalted weapons crafted from his oil, in this form his second - better half - is visible and becomes a specter wielding the scythe Dregoznia wields the greatsword, his Oil spectre of himself wields a scythe, you can switch between either simply by bullet jumping He recovers 1% of his health per hit with either weapon, and enemies hit are hit with the Resuscitation proc for 12 seconds when hit by the Great sword or Scythe ^This applies to his spectre as well, if it hits an enemy or he does, he gets +1% of his base health back Enemies take radiation and toxin damage over time for 12 seconds if hit by the weapons, and if they die, they will be revived as corpses and zombies to harass other enemies Alternatively by holding The bullet jump button you may combine with your specter to actually wield your great sword and scythe in each hand. ^ A new dual great sword stance maybe, exalted heavy blade - exalted scythe and exalted dual heavy blades ----- Was just thinking of his 1, for his hold, is what if it rapidly spawned a constant storm of spears from the ground at a really fast rate like 8 spears from the ground per 0.5 seconds, constantly spawning from the oil then going back into the oil in a rapid pace Like tons of spears shooting up from the ground, in out, in out, fast Edited May 3, 2019 by (PS4)Tomplexthis
(PSN)Tomplexthis
-Found in tar pits, and oil pits from the Derelict, new spawn pods for new infested oil variants, these nano sludge like oil adapts to the infested, and enemy weapons A sentient oil, that can combine with enemies, in a new corrupted like state, to coat and cover enemies like a virus, Enemies get 2x their normal health and grown 3x in size when afflicted with this oil, it makes them more aggressive and speeds them up 20% pools of the stuff spawn in derelict missions, and if you kill oiled enemies then you can collect samples to craft Dregoznia -Unlocked through a story quest- After doing the quest the oil begins to spread into all derelict missions and becomes a new in mission hazard that buffs enemies it changes the enemies from lv30 in the derelict to lv50- 60. -Enemies inflicted with the oil take on the Sentient modifier to become more resistant to damage types they take- -And tenno amps can remove those resistances- -In a sense, this oil is like the life blood of all sentients, or is their blood- Edited May 3, 2019 by (PS4)Tomplexthis
(PSN)Tomplexthis
imagine a redesigned Derelict to have more horror themed designs what if the entire infested could get a theme redesign to be more horror/zombie based With the Oil'ed and regular variants, i imagine more scary infested As the oil version of the infested who be even scarier, bigger, with spines, and sentient black blood dripping off them The first time i used to play warframe i loved the feel of its scarier infested themes and lighting it feels lighter and less horror'ish like i kinda wish Warframe could get a bit more silent hill'ish, or resident evil like with the infested and their maps The sentient blood oil could morph any infested, black over gold corrupted. (XBOX)Mr VibeCheck210
This is awesome the way you have it planed out all the details. heck you even did a better job that what I did cuz leme tell you I SUCC. but all in all this is a very throughout warframe. DanRalof123
Can't really say much, you appear to have thought about and worked on this a lot and it shows. Some moves sound like they'd be a bit too broken or overpowered though, not that we'll really know until it's applied in action instead of just on paper. (Not to mention enemy scaling is broken anyway...) Nice job on this.
(PSN)Tomplexthis
Dregoznia really sounded like a Russian Dragon name or something. i'am thinking oil goat/tiger like in the picture but mostly, just tiger, leopard, panther. Nice job on this. enemy scaling is broken because of warframe powers i think. i really wish DE would go back into every warframe and add scaling mechanics into all their moves like a tiny % EH damage boost added onto the base damage so that our powers scaled up during the long fights to teter out a bit with enemies with diminishing returns or something.
