Loki - could use a light update

Loki still works fine, but overall the damage meta is making it fall ever so slightly behind. 

Here are some light tweaks that may give him a light bump up in usability:

Decoy - Instead of being just click to cast, becomes click to mark, hold to cast.

Loki can mark a location, object, ally or enemy as a target. Like a map marker, a second mark on the same location unmarks it.

By holding the button to cast the ability, the Decoy is cast on the target, even if there is no line-of-sight. If there is no mark, it uses the reticule target as the default mark. 

Decoy will as usual draw enemy attention to attack it. Can be cast on VIPs like capture targets. 

Decoy no longer deals any damage, but its shots will make enemies susceptible to enhanced criticals and guaranteed status proc. This effect lasts 8 seconds, varies with duration.

Decoy will prefer to hit enemies without this effect with each shot.

Ability strength will increase Decoy's rate of fire.

Invisibility - Becomes recastable. 

Instead of being just click to cast, becomes click to mark, hold to cast.

By holding the invisibility button, marked target becomes invisible. If there is no mark, Loki becomes invisible.

Switch Teleport - Instead of being just click to cast, becomes click to mark, hold to cast.

Loki can mark a location, object, decoy, ally or enemy as a target. Like a map marker, a second mark on the same location unmarks it.

By holding the Teleportation button, Loki can switch teleport with marked target, even without line of sight. If there is no marked target, target reticule is used as the default destination for Loki's teleport.

Radial disarm - Also causes enemies to be temporatily be more susceptible to enhanced criticals and status effects.

Or you know, just make the decoy explode when killed/recast for some damage and CC. And increase his shields and health to 100.

He doesn't really need much changes anyway.

This is nice, but might put ivara's infinite invisible on a lower tier.

This I think could be a good change to the ability.  Just help bring him up to date with the current flow of the game.  

 

Not so much a fan of the click to mark, hold to cast idea, however.
