Invulnerability during Host Migration

Sure this has been said 100 times.

But until ALL players have reloaded & MOVED more than 5-10m they should be invulnerable.

Currently the game loads characters in before the migration finishes which allows the NPCs to easily kill the defenseless players & leads to guaranteed death.

During The Index & regular mission its inconvenient.

During Arbitrations it makes a Host Migration a waste of time. As the Squad will fail if the host leaves.

Due to the current Arbitration reworks this is a very real issue.
