Cannot complete Octavia's Anthem. Lights for the correct notes in simulation are BARELY visible.

I am unable to complete Octavia's Anthem. The lights that indicate the correct notes in the simulation cannot be seen. They are supposed to be a bright yellow as seen in multiple online videos and images.

All you see are VERY faint green wisps. This combined with the color scheme make the quest literally unplayable for me as it stands.

I cannot complete this quest due to this visual issue.

Can I suggest you play around with some of your settings? This can fix visual issues like this. It was the solution a while back for a mastery test too (it might even still be).

I have tried all of the in game display settings as well as my monitor settings. Nothing changes the color or intensity of the notes.

Finally beat it by jumping on literally every tile. Final mission time on my third attempt: 1 hour 21 minutes

I understand your pain. Had the same isue back in the days when i was doing that quest. Turning bloom lighting to 0 helped me to do it so i can finaly see them.

In action it doesn't look quite as bad as it does in screenshots, but yeah.  The "good" spaces are much harder to see than they should be.

I had the same problem and found out it was my settings.

Options / Display / Effects Intensity / 200

Saw the tread title and was just gonna ask if the particle intensity had been turned down.
