Loading into Assassinations and being "stuck" when you get in

For the last few months since Nightwave, I have been experiencing a very annoying bug where when I join Assassinations, I load in unable to move.  I can use the chat box, but nothing else.  I can't walk, I can't aim, I can't shoot - I'm literally just frozen in place.

The /unstuck command does not help it.  The only way to fix the issue is to die and revive and even that is hit and miss, as sometimes you revive STILL stuck.  And well... if no enemies are wailing at you, this is impossible.  I've had to write too many times in chat that I am sorry to people and not trying to leech.

Please look into whatever is causing this.
