(NSW)Razz.iwi Posted May 16, 2019 Share Posted May 16, 2019 As far as I know, there is no mastery rank locked mechanism for prime parts specifically, however it does apply on blueprints. Earlier in the day I was able to receive from a trade the Wyrm prime bp, so I am high enough mastery rank to build it. However, when I was trading with another person to receive wrym prime systems, in their inventory it said it was "partner mastery locked" (cannot be traded since I am not required mastery rank or higher). Unless I misunderstood and the Wrym p systems are a blueprint, I am confused as to why this happened. So... Explanations? I am 99% sure the systems are a part, not blueprint. Correct me if I'm wrong.
