Are they put loki and volt prime relic in cetus and fortuna bounty's or they stay only in Void missions?

Void only as far as I know.

The relics are in the Void.

• Hepit/Taranis for Lith O2 (up to 15 waves in Taranis);
• Ukko/Belenus for Meso O3 (10 waves for Belenus, Ukko also drops Neo V8);
• Mithra/Mot for Neo V8 and Axi L4 (20 min for Mot and 4 interceptions for Mithra).
• Marduk for Aix L4
• Syndicate relic packs

I think these were the better locations, I'll update the information if it turns out to be wrong.

Annoyingly, there's not really a great spot to farm that dang Axi L4, but FWIW,
Aten (MD) and Marduk (Sabotage) have been working decently enough for me.
