I can't access the Arbitration Honours despite having been doing Arbitrations for like a month because its counting the flydolon node, even though some other special boss nodes like on Eris haven't been counted. Surely it can't have been designed that I have to do the Chimera prologue to access Arbitrations, cos gating off content that has previously been accessible is kinda not good.
