Void Relics Refinement

Hi,

In the past i had no problem to refine void relics, but now for some reason it didn't work. It was changed since last time i did, so maybe there is something i missed? When i click on a void relic i can chose between INTACT, EXCEPTIONAL, FLAWLESS and RADIANT, but nothing happens. I have 365 void tracers so that's not the case. thank you

You have to click e.g. Radiant and then "Refine" or whatever it says.

yeah, it should work, but nothing happens. i chose the void, click on radiant, but the Refinement option is blank. it's frustrating, i just want a Helios Prime System

You try to refine "Previev" relic that you do not have.

yup, just find it out that's the case 🤦‍♂️.
