Repeated black-screen during Ropalolyst fight

Falling off the stage during the boss fight causes the screen to repeatedly fade to black every 2 or 3 seconds, as if you had fallen again. At the same time, all buffs are removed but you don't play the fallen animation.

The only definite way to fix this is to advance the fight to a cutscene, but it can come back if you fall again.

It can even happen after you beat the boss and are going to extraction.

Sometimes switching to operator mode fixes this, but its not always a guarantee.
