Will Ephemera ever be tradable?

i've been farming smoking body for about a month now and no luck... my friend got it on his 1st try and another. so now he has 2 and can't trade with me because it's not tradable. do you think DE will make them tradeable or am i gonna have to keep hunting till i get lucky?

The best I can see is making future ones be effort-dependant, and possibly change the current rng ones to efforr-based as well.

I don't see trades happening tho, specially with exclusive ephemeras like the Tenocon one or the easter one.
