No link in two-factor authentication email.

So, i tried to enable two-factor authentication on my account but there is no confirm e-mail link in the e-mail that DE send me back. Just Warframe logo. Did someone, somewhere got this bug before? I did send DE a support ticket, btw.

I did so aswell, so far no response from DE. It is really frustrating..

So far 9 mails with blank image.

welcome in the club guys, same here , neither sending mail to my second email helped much still only logo nothing more. why not put 2 step verification also on a phone jesus , even simple sms thingy could work fine... ( I hope because what is happening now is annoying )

3 days after I sended ticket to support even with a picture showing that message with no links , honestly if there are no responses within today I am going to experiment a bit, I read some where on reddit and forums that when you want to change email on account, it tells you, it will turn on 2fa automatically; ( don't know if it is still there as a thing or not ) 

now the real chaos incoming , not gonna try this on this account because there is a lot of issue that 2fa doesn't even sends people their codes . so I'm going to create new account and hope for the best it will send me such code. in any case it's better than waiting days or even weeks for one response from support,

I would understand if they put 2fa on trade if there was only time when you want to pay or sell something with platinum, now I can't even ask anything my friends or clanmates by trading item for item ... rip 2 birds with one stone ( leveling and farming relics rewards in one go )

also Gondahar , you said you had 9 blank mails? don't worry I have already 16 haha ; P

It's already 2019 year , just 7 months and there's 2020 , is it really hard to put something like 2fa on a phone apps or even create their own app for such thing [?]

I heard ( don't know if it's true - please tell me if I am wrong somewhere) also they enforced 2fa on trade because of some illegal purchase of platinum or something like that(?), it would rather work better on phones because you can't just change number of phone so fast in my opinion while when it goes with emails you can create them infinite number of times? >_>

Overall, the system (aka 2-FA) is nothing new, Warframe had it for a long time now but nobody was interested in it so they insited players to use it quite recently by just simply ristricting them from trading. Which is completely absurd since without 2-FA you 100% can buy platinum and spend it on the market (weird??), since they care so much about us why not completely disable ability to log in to the game.. (not that i want it at this point haha).

I was also wondering if switching my email would help in this case but since 2-FA is such problematic to arrange.. try to successfully switch your mail. 😄

To me it just feels very morbid to have a chance to taste such dreadful times in Warframe.

I have spent 6 years with this game, and this is the worst thing I have ever came across..

You can try and fix this by making sure your email client (Outlook, Thuderbird etc) or your email host (gmail or whatever) is set to allow linked content. In many cases that setting has blocked the code from showing up.

for now , I got a message from support, saying to try out outlook , god how much frustration over doing that thing, gave her/him my steamID64 and put my new email adress there in a message , I can change it by myself honestly and doesn't need their help in changing it though so I am kinda confused a bit from her/him request of such things.

already checked every single email settings - it does let me see links etc. other mails clearly sends me links like for a job offers, youtube links etc. etc. , then for sure it's fault on your end DE not on microsoft (like someone responded on forums to a ticket answer they received) nor on my end.

well gonna wait what happens and pray for the best, but well 4 years of a member , never bought platinum (atleast good thing in my opinion)

I hope DE will fix it or atleast change it to phone 2fa OR put it into locked trade only if you buy or sell something for a platinum rather than whole trade.

I am here to save your lives, well not literaly, or maybe? Maybe^infinity?...

Don't wait for support it takes aproximetely 10 days per response.

All you need to do is use built in Microsoft Mail App Windows10<-- and basically synch it with your current mail no change needed just link the account and miracle it just shows the full message strange things only Warframe has this issue for me wierd like hell..

have you people never played any other game or used any other 'service' that sends out a verification mail in your live? the 'usual' culprit to missing links or even those mails not arriving at all are filter systems by either your mail provider and/or your own mail client. they are used to 'protect' you from scam-mails tring to lure you on fake site and such, but are more often than not over-zealous in their filtering. so you have to manually put adresses on the white list if you get them regulary filtered out - or, use a different mail adress from another provider who is not using such filters (or let you activate/deactivate them yourself). if you use a mail client, and have no idea how to turn the filter off or white list something, you can still try using the mail providers web interface to access the mail.

in any case, i can guarntee you that the system works from DEs side since i recently created 3 accounts incl. 2fa for my relatives and had no problem whatsoever with it.
