In game cursor not responding

For a few days now I have been unable to play warframe due to the cursor not responding,when the game is launched I see my windows cursor and I’m unable to click anything.When trying with controller the same thing happens,It recognizes button inputs but the controller reticle isint responding either. One thing to note is that I do see the ingame cursor in the top left corner but it doesn’t respond or move.
