Screen freezes in all solo/clan/public missions

Hi

What happens is that when i run through missions ( dosn't matter what type of mission it is or if with clan/friends/public/solo). it works fine the first couple of mins in on the mission, then the screen starts freezing, then it picks up a couple of frames and then it freezes again but dosn't get out of it. thing is though that i can still hear me shooting, jumping, taking dmg, dealing dmg, hear enemies etc. but the screen dosn't get out of the freeze state. i've tride lowering in-game graphic settings, changing from directX 11 to 10, tride deleting and re-download F.TextureDx9.cache and also tride installing the launcher from the browser isnted of using steam one also tride swapping from fullscreen to both boredless window mode and windowed. but none of the above has fixed it, i can be in my ship just fine and also both clan dojo and relays just fine, but not in missions.

My pc specs are as follows:
CPU: AMD FX-8320
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 (Socket 942)
GPU: 3072MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200/HD 7900 Series (XFX Pine Group)
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-BIT
