Weird idea for Chroma's 4

Just a thought. But personally I never touch the 4 for Chroma. Loss of armor, and a stationary 'turret' of sorts that eats energy so fast that you cant re-up any of your other abilities? no thank you. However, My thought on a change for it, I could see His 4 instead of constantly Draining energy, having a duration. And also not being stationary, I would love to see the Draconic armor flying around, breathing out swaths of death across the field. A beautiful fire and forget weapon, with a sacrifice of some armor for the time being. And being able to call the armor back when needed, so you arent stuck without your defense for the entire duration, but give it a cool down.

You could have it consume X% of your damage boost / armor boost from your 3 - like say Inaros', you hold it down and drain power from your Vex Armor until you are done, and then off it flies. Doesn't strip you entirely of your buffs, but uses some of what you generate. Almost like your rage fuels it (since Chroma is sorta like the hulk - the madder he gets, the stronger).

There already is an augment to make the effigy mobile. If anything it might warrant being moved to the exilus slot like mesa's waltz and nova's wormhole one.

Tbh when i look at effigy i see several failures. Even just giving effigy the vex and EW buffs would be nice.

The idea i like the most tho is to make effigy into a buff tower. If you have EW or vex up, you project the aura for allies around you AND around effigy.

That said, i do think Chroma is in a terrible place these days other than a meme damage buffer. I had proposed a year or so back a proper rework, it worked around playing with elemental procs to sustain yourself. Basically you'd get very small lifesteal on enemies affected by your matching proc, reflexive procs on damaged with EW up, and vex armour buffing both effigy and spectral scream. It also used this "buff tower" concept for effigy.
