considering that more and more weapons are coming out.A fliter is helpful for us to find right weapons in different missions. And i think it is more efficient than "sort as".DE can add a fliter in game just like OVERWATCH,which can give tennos a better sight in arsenal.OfPQ77b.jpgdbi4Zkk.png1K0ZFUN.png

Can’t you already type the weapon type into the search bar and get the same result?

Indeed you can. This option is already in the game and is integrated within the typed search field.

yes.

it actually works because most weapons have its type written in description but iirc some dont and get left out, had that happen recently, don't remember the gun i looked for though

You can already do this although perhaps not as conveniently.

Here is an example of someone using a filter: https://imgur.com/a/pLgiJ2N

This same works for mod traits as well, for example if you write to search box: Fire Rate, it will only show you mods that feature the stat in some form (positive and negative). Of course click is easier.

in this picture,"xian dan qiang" means "shotgun". In china,u will never know what is going to show on the screen untill u use the third party input method:tired:. for example,u can type [beɪs] but u wont know its "base" or "bass" untill u press ENTER.and its hard for chinese player to remember each weapon's name in english.vIW5fNH.jpg

It also looks like they didn’t hit the search button.
