Don't re-position force start and cancel button

When all team members are ready to start the force start button disappears and is replaced by a cancel button. When you try to force start and right before you click all members are ready you accidentally click on cancel and are removed from the party. This happend to me a couple of times and is very annoying.

I want to suggest to never re-position the buttons. Therefor when you click force start when all are ready you just click an inactive button and are not removed. In the end you want to start, so clicking a dummy button won't be as bad as being removed from the party.

Above picture shows force start and cancel. When party starts cancel button moves in the place of the start button.

It's one of the golden rules of any UI design to never move active buttons under users cursor. This is so elementary mistake it should never have gone live in the first place.
