Gara, Wisp, and syandana clipping

Dear DE,

The most recent Warframes are some of my favorites, both in aesthetic design and playstyle. But please, PLEASE stop including dangly bits and ornamentation on their backs without the option to toggle them off. Syandanas are an important part of Tenno culture and you wonderful people have put too much effort into making this game look great to have every syandana clip through parts of certain frames... (Wisp, Gara)

Khora's spikes are great because I can switch them out with any syandana without any issue, and I think it'd be great to give other frames the same treatment so that we can customize them more.
