Can't receive 2FA verification code

So basically i've already sent a ticket yesterday but i have 3 day resource booster on. Now i'm glad there's even a support, last time i sent a ticket i had to wait 6 days to get a response. 

So maybe someone here has had the same issue and knows a fix.

Basically i can't receive any 2FA verification code in my email. Warframe says it has send one but i don't receive anything. This counts for: Chaning mail, logging in and ofcourse 'enable 2fa verification'. 

This is what i've sent in my ticket:

"Dear reader,

I've been trying to change my email. But for the 2-Factor Authentication stuff, i need to receive a verification code to my email (***@live.nl). However, the issue is i'm not receiving any email. I'm having the same issue when trying to trade with warframe. It requires an account with 2-Factor Authentication and when redirected to a page, it requires another verification code that has supposedly been sent to my email.

The issue is that I'm not receiving anything. I don't mind changing my emnail, if thats the issue, but i ca't because I'm not receiving a verification code that would allow me to do so.

PS: I've added no-reply@2fa.warframe.com to the whitelist of my ***@live.nl email. 
I've also checked 'unwanted emails' or 'spam'. There's no email from warframe to be seen." What's new at the moment is that i can't log in to my account on the warframe launcher. 

 

could it be that my email is a @live.nl?

Good luck on that. My 2FA issue ticket is unanswerd for a week already...... and somthing tells me this is only the beginning......:facepalm:

I got a response from them. They're helping me change my email with 7 security questions. I'm changing it to gmail. Current email is from outlook, an @live.nl one. Could it be you're also using outlook? That might be the issue.
