What's a "Pitch-Egg"?

It's not a term. It's just DE trying to be all clever with the writing, but it's really just a combo of pitch (coal powder) and egg (metaphor for children). Natah basically calls the Tenno dark kids, which in context probably refers to their void powers as "evil".

I assume they were trying to go for something similar to a, "nest egg," but wanted to use a term that more accurately portrayed how Natah views the Tenno. Unfortunately what they chose doesn't make a whole ton of sense unless you really read into it.

No, Natah means the kids are combustible. Which, in all honesty, they are.

After all, they're still flesh.

Don't think so - doesn't seem like a trap.
