High MR but zero play time.

Sometimes I look at the profile of random guys to try finding a player with opposite syndicates ( to trade stuff ) and in my few hundreds hours of playing sometimes I've seen some strange profiles.

Idk how but it's like they have some overthetop MR often beyond 20 but when I check further, amount of hours played is below 10-20 and the number of mastered weapon is pitifully low ( It's also only the strongest ones in game ).

I dont really check community things and such, so is this "normal"or is this something really strange ? Because sorry but a guy who played 4 hours is like MR 25 ... what's the point of farming and stuff then ?

I don't know if it happens on PC or other since I'm playing on NS.

It's possible (and probably very likely) that they may have performed an account migration from the PC to the Nintendo Switch, and that not all of their profile statistics (such as playtime, which weapons they mastered, etc) were transferred over correctly. Chances are they have hundreds upon hundreds of hours, and have an enormous arsenal and that it's not all displaying correctly when you view their profile.

It could possibly be from the account transfers, I'm not sure how much information those carry over.
