Can Mesa waltz be obtained still on console as I see lot use it on Mesa builds but my question is it necessary

1. It can be obtained. You might have to trade for it though.
2. It isn’t necessary now, and it never was.

Oh I never tried conclave and I am maxed with steel suda and arbiters I think have to check see

That augment was only ever necessary in ESO.... outside of that you could take it or leave it....

Mesa's Waltz is a defensive mod. Unless you find yourself fighting enemies that can actually hurt her; it's not needed.

The Dodge mitigation is very handy for avoiding AoE and spamming dodge will mitigate DoT ticks. Both ignore her Shatter Shield.

I imagine the mod has more offensive value on console since analog prolly can't spin as quickly.

Even then I'd rate a double elevate operator much higher than waltz as a defensive option for those scenarios. It does give you a cool walking animation during PM tho 😄
