Going through all walls, mostly stuck. Was trying to revive dead syndicate ally.

Syndicate interception mission.

What went wrong here? All I did is rapidly and repeatedly press Use / Action button on a dead syndicate ally person, hoping it could come back alive. It was showing something like revive or what?

1. Can't move, can only fire weapons and use abilities.
2. Operator works fine, for about 2 times, then stops working with "Ability Not Ready".
3. Can only slowly move with melee spin attack.
4. I can go through all walls and go off the map.
5. Game thinks I am always at "A" and won't recognize my new position.
6. Vacuum the drops doesn't work right. Can only receive the drops (mods, oxium, credits, and others) by going back to "A".
