UI bugged out, cannot choose relic

So I was running an exterminate neo fissure, everything was fine until all 4 of us got to extraction point, where the UI started to display as below. No relic reward was shown, we couldn't pick anything or escaping the screen. There was also a 5-second timer similar to the endless fissures (which was not supposed to be here 😐).  After the host aborted, the mission no longer registers who is at the extraction point, so the remaining 3 of us had to manually leave.
