Komorex fire modes malfunctioning

I've been noticing odd behavior with Komorex recently.

It occassionally "confuses" fire modes"

Example:

I was able to fire explosive shots from hip firing (killed myself few times because of that)

3,5x zoom shot had punch through aswell as explosion

2x zoom acting like 3,5x zoom instead

Or other times it won't fire at all unless i re-zoom

I am not 100% sure what is causing this but it seems to often happen after meeleing while holding aim button and having Komorex equipped.

Noticed this bug with Komorex while playing around with Exodia Contagion

same issue ive had this ever since komorex came. game experience breaking bug!!
