Where to Farm Streamline Mod Early Game?

I got a Flow mod from doing a bounty in The Plains...The Wiki says that i might get one from finishing a bounty.

I can't renember any specific ways to get streamline early on but I know I've gotten most of mine from random drops from some enemy on phobos while doing random missions. Obviously there are many other ways to get it but in all honesty you could most likely just go to trade chat and get one for free, or at least I'd give new players those kinds of mods for free but then again many people hate it when you ask for freebies.

This has the best chance to get one. There is a 7.52% drop from bounty rewards. I would recommend you do this.

 

Otherwise, you can trade for them. I have many spare if you cannot find any.

I still can't play the Game..Because i re-downloaded it. With my slow internet connection i think it will take 5 hours to download the game..

I got mine from Tier 1 Cetus bounties. Easy, decent drop rate. I'd recommend that.

Sadly the last time i finished a bounty . I got Stretch and Flow...

It's not in every reward pool, which rotates every 2 1/2 hours. You have to check them first before taking the bounty.

The rest is just hoping the RNG smiles on you.

When I started I remember doing void runs to get flow, streamline etc. I remember continuity being a pain. As has been said most people who have been playing for a while have multiple copies of these and are happy to give them away to anyone new to the game. If you're not in a clan just ask in trade chat.
